The first half lists various kinds of teachers (i.e. "vocational," "industrial"), divided by race into "White" and "Negro" sections. The second half, meanwhile, consists of a list of schools, including enrollment and number of teachers, similarly divided by race. This 1939-1940 edition not in OCLC. Mild creasing and staining to covers, mild foxing to pages, small chip to lower corner of rear wrapper. Item #13802
