Fort Worth, Texas: Calvin Littlejohn, [1959]. Two photos, each 10.5 x 8.5", signed "Littlejohn Studio" in the negative, and stamped the same on the backs. Two photographs taken by African American photographer Calvin Littlejohn, documenting Martin Luther King Jr's only visit to Fort Worth. One photo shows King's welcoming committee waiting for him at the airport, and the other photo shows the committee seated together with King in a living room, said to be in the home of Vada Velder. In very good condition with a hint of creasing and foxing along margins. Item #13399
