A broadside printing regulations for employees and overseers at a New Hampshire woolen mill founded in 1863. A testament to the strict rules governing labor in the 19th century, i.e. workers "are to board in one of the boarding-houses of the company, unless otherwise permitted to do, and are to conform to the regulations of the house where they board."
